- Inbound calls to my DID (phone number) can't be reached from a specific cell phone or landline carrier and an error message is played.
Environment: Where / What you will need
- Occasionally phone carriers need to update their catalogue of numbers. Sometimes they have one or more pieces of equipment with out of date information. It is the responsibility of each carrier to ensure that their equipment is using the most up to date information.
- If you are also a customer with that carrier you need to reach out directly to them. (Eg if you're a Rogers Mobility customer and you can't reach your Voxter number from a Rogers Mobile phone, you will need to contact them)
- Provide a time and date as well as the phone number for the last attempt that you made where the call did not connect properly.
