Holiday Schedule Advisement

Our industry will be going into a reduced staffing period where it is possible that turnaround times on port requests, hardware orders and new service orders could take longer than normal due to carrier and vendor holiday staffing schedules.
Our Support Department will be accepting tickets during this time with priority given to emergency issues and phone support requests.
Voxter Staffing Hours are as follows:
- Monday December 21st - 24th - Reduced staff
- Friday December 25th – Closed - Emergency Support Available
- Monday December 28th – Closed - Emergency Support Available
- Tuesday December 29th - 31st – Reduced staff
- Friday January 1st - Closed - Emergency Support Available
- Monday January 4th - Regular staffing - Lets get the new year started!
