How do I disable Do Not Disturb (DND) on my phone?
Case I: On the physical device
1. If the DND on the phone display is marked red, then press DND to toggle it until it is no longer red.
Case II: In the Management Portal
1. Login with your credentials and go to Hosted PBX > Advanced > Users
2. Select the User to see if they have DND enabled or disabled.
3. If it is enabled, go into feature codes, enable the DND feature code to disable it, and have the user enter that code on the phone.
