There are no tab icon on the PISTON portal after I successfully login

Description

  • The main icons on the PISTON portal (Accounts, Number Manager or others) are missing once I successfully logged in as an admin user.
  • One or more main icon on the PISTON portal needs to be added.

 

Resolution

Case: all icons are missing

  1. Login into the PISTON portal.
  2. On the top right of the web browser, hover the mouse over your name, a submenu should appear.
  3. Click App Store.
  4. Turn off each icon that are currently ON.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Go back to App Store and turn the same icons back ON.
  7. Click Save.
  8. You will be prompted to login again.
  9. The icons should be back on the top.

 

Case: One or more main icon on the PISTON portal needs to be added.

  1. Login into the PISTON portal.
  2. On the top right of the web browser, hover the mouse over your name, a submenu should appear.
  3. Click App Store.
  4. Locate the icon you need to be enabled by clicking on it so that it is ON.
  5. Click Save.
  6. You will be prompted to login again.
