How can I override the caller ID when using DISA?

  1. Login as admin to PISTON.
  2. Under Hosted PBX (or 'VoIP Services'), click Callflows.
  3. Select the callflow in question on the left side or create a new callflow.
  4. In the callflow, drag a SET CALLER ID box to the blue box (or to the box you want to start the flow process for DISA).
  5. Input the caller ID name and number you want to override.
    • The caller ID number should only contain numerical numbers.  
    • No space
    • No parenthesis
    • No hyphens (dashes)
  6. Drag the DISA box on top of the SET CALLER ID box.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Input a PIN number.
  9. Click OK.
  10. Call the phone number whose callflow contains the DISA just created.
  11. Follow the instructions.
  12. Call dial the number you want to call.
  13. The receiver's end will display the caller ID set in the SET CALLER ID box.
