I get "Invalid number" when I enter an extension that exists


  • When I pickup a deskphone and dial an extension, I get "invalid number"
  • I also get "invalid number" when I dial the company number and enter the extension



  1. Login to  PISTON as the admin user.
  2. Verify there is a user and device for the extension number in question.
  3. Verify there is also a callflow for the extension number.
  4. If one of the three (user, device or callflow) is missing, then create the necessary missing one.
