Stuck at "please wait" in PISTON

Description

  • I keep seeing a "Please Wait" message box in the PISTON interface that won't clear out (disappear).  
  • It used to work fine on my web browser.

 

Resolution

Step 1: Clear your web browser cache

  1. There may be a web caching issue or a recent interface upgrade from voxter's PISTON web app that requires clearing your internet cache on your web browser.
  2. Follow this knowledge article on how to clear your cache: 204744014

Step 2: Contact Voxter

  1. If the problem persists, then please contact Voxter support (click this knowledge article 204733540).
