- My phone display shows: "application, authentication error, you are not authorized to use this app, please contact your administrator."
- I am able to take inbound and create outbound calls.
This scenario usually is caused by login on two phone devices using the same extension and PIN without first login out on the first device.
- Please logout from the first device if it is still logged in.
- Logout from the second device and log back in.
- The display should no longer display the error message.
