Our Fax machine is not sending or receiving faxes

Description

  • When you call the Fax number it is always busy.
  • The SPA (ATA) device seems to be registered but frequently is not registered in PISTON.
  • But we can't send or receive Faxes.
  • When accessing the web interface for the ATA device, it sometimes loads or some tabs do not load.

 

Resolution

  1. Please reboot the ATA device.
  2. If the problem persists, then the ATA device is likely defective.  Please replace it with another one.
