Incoming calls from certain areas are not reaching us

Description:

People attempting to call us from a particular area are receiving a message saying their call can not be completed properly, or that our number is not in service. However, the number appears to be working from other areas correctly, as intended.

Resolution:

Please contact Voxter Support with details of the call:  the caller's Caller ID, the date and time of the call, and a brief description of what was experienced. Our support staff can assist in troubleshooting this issue with you.
