Description:
All of my voicemail are emailed to me as attachments, and I'd rather not have them stored on the server once they are sent via email. How can I make sure they are only emailed and not stored on the server as well?
Resolution:
- Log in to your account at https://manage.voxter.com
- Select 'Hosted PBX'
- Select 'Advanced'
- Select 'Voicemail Boxes'
- Choose the Voicemail Box you would like to modify
- Click the 'Advanced' tab, then the 'Options' tab
- Ensure the checkbox for 'Delete after Notification' is selected
- Click Save
