How do I delete voicemail off the system after it's emailed to me?


All of my voicemail are emailed to me as attachments, and I'd rather not have them stored on the server once they are sent via email.  How can I make sure they are only emailed and not stored on the server as well?



  1. Log in to your account at
  2. Select 'Hosted PBX'
  3. Select 'Advanced'
  4. Select 'Voicemail Boxes'
  5. Choose the Voicemail Box you would like to modify
  6. Click the 'Advanced' tab, then the 'Options' tab
  7. Ensure the checkbox for 'Delete after Notification' is selected
  8. Click Save
